Talisman Custom Homes was founded with a clear purpose: to bring high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes to Bellville, Chappell Hill, Brenham, Round Top, and the greater Central Texas region.
Founder Asha King has worked in new home construction and real estate since the early 2000s. She began her career as a Sales Counselor for a major Houston builder, spending nearly seven years guiding families through the new home process before transitioning into full-time residential real estate. Over the years, Asha has worked with some of the finest custom builders in the greater Houston area, gaining a deep understanding of how great homes are built and how buyers actually live in them.
As Fulshear, Katy and Cypress continued to grow more congested, Asha noticed many of her clients seeking the open spaces and welcoming communities of the Brazos Valley. Drawn to the same clean air and relaxed pace, she shifted her focus to the Bellville-Chappell Hill corridor and ultimately made Bellville her home, where she now lives with her son and two dogs.
